Notice to Students Applying for a Leave of Absence for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year
Students who wish to suspend their studies for the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 academic year must log in to the Student Information System at portal.alanya.edu.tr using their e-Government (e-Devlet) credentials. Applications must be submitted by selecting “Leave of Absence Application” under the “Applications” tab.
Supporting documentation confirming the reason for the requested leave of absence must be uploaded to the Student Information System during the application process.
Applications will be reviewed by the Faculty Administrative Board in accordance with the Directive on Leave of Absence. The outcome will be displayed in the Student Information System as either “Approved” or “Rejected.”
