Individual Research Projects
Two projects from our staff to the 2018 BAP Coordinator were eligible to receive support.
These projects are:Dr Tugba AKTAR's project "The Effect of Different Brewing Methods on the Components of Cistus sp. Plant Growing in Alanya-Gazipaşa Ecological Conditions" and dr Zıba GULEY's "Identification of Antimicrobial Activity of Some Lactic Acid Bacteria Isolated from Traditional Cheese". The installation of all the devices has been completed.
Establishing of the Food Engineering Club
The Food Engineering Club has been established to operate in the Health, Culture and Sports Department.
The Food Engineering Club aims to increase the sociability of the department with the activities to be organized and aims to make the students more aware and knowledgeable about this subject by providing all the students, especially for the students of the Food Engineering Department.
Laboratory Start-up Study
The first start-up project of our department (2017-02-09-AAP01) was completed. The installation of all of the requested devices has been completed.
